Meet our representative at NJP / BAGDOGRA Airport and as you begin your climb toward the hills, the air turns crisp and the vistas widen. We take the scenic route, pausing at Margaret’s Deck, a unique tea lounge hanging over the valley. Enjoy a premium cup of Darjeeling tea with panoramic views of the rolling hills before checking into your hotel. Spend the evening strolling through the vibrant Mall Road.
Sunrise at Tiger Hill & Heritage Sightseeing
Your day begins before dawn with a drive to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga and the Everest range. On the way back, visit the Batasia Loop—a lush railway loop with a War Memorial—and the historic Ghoom Monastery.
After breakfast, continue to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and P.N. Zoological Park. We will stop for a beautiful exterior view of a tea garden, perfect for photography. We also include the Darjeeling Ropeway; please note that this popular attraction usually has a long queue, so we recommend an early start to enjoy the aerial views. Finish the day at the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda.
